Information we collect

Depending on how you use AppAssist, we may collect:

• Account and product information needed to operate a specific AppAssist product.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and basic usage logs.
• Integration or connection information that you explicitly authorize when a product connects to a third-party service.
• Payment, billing, or subscription information when a product requires paid access. Payment details may be handled by third-party payment processors.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve AppAssist websites and products.
• Create and manage accounts, product access, support requests, and customer communications.
• Operate authorized integrations and perform actions you request.
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and protect users and systems.

Google API and third-party integrations

If an AppAssist product requests access to a Google account or Google API data, we use that access only to provide the feature you authorized. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing feature, comply with law, address security, or with your consent.

AppAssist may also connect to services such as hosting, code repository, database, payment, email, analytics, or communication providers. Those services are governed by their own policies when you use them or authorize access.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to keep sites working, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve reliability. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some product features may not work correctly without them.

How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us host, operate, secure, analyze, or support AppAssist products.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices

Children

AppAssist products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
