Effective date: April 24, 2026

You may use AppAssist only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any product-specific rules or agreements presented to you. You are responsible for the information you provide, the actions taken through your account, and keeping account credentials secure.
You agree not to:
Some AppAssist products may require an account or authorization to connect third-party services. If you connect a third-party service, you authorize AppAssist to access and use that service only as needed to provide the feature you requested. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and use those services.
You retain rights to content and data you submit to AppAssist. You grant AppAssist the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
Paid products, subscriptions, or managed services may have additional pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed agreement or product-specific billing terms, the more specific terms control for that product or service.
AppAssist websites, software, designs, trademarks, content, and related materials are owned by AppAssist or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of AppAssist intellectual property. You may not use AppAssist branding or materials except as permitted by us in writing.
AppAssist may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Google, hosting providers, databases, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, or other platforms. Those services are not controlled by AppAssist and may have their own terms and policies. AppAssist is not responsible for third-party services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of AppAssist over time. We aim to operate reliable products, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
AppAssist is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppAssist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims related to AppAssist will not exceed the amount you paid to AppAssist for the relevant product or service in the three months before the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.
You may stop using AppAssist at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for AppAssist or others, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of AppAssist after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
